Module for metadata. None of this is currently used but hasn’t been deleted.

Classes

LowerMetadata(*, translations)	Store metadata for all translations between two zones.
ShapefileMetadata(*, name, path, id_col[, ...])	Store shapefile metadata.
SpatialTransLog(*, zone_shapefile, ...)	Output log of a spatial translation.
WeightMetadata(*, data_col, id_col, year, type)	Class for storing metadata about weighting date.
